Cranberry Rainbow Chard

2 bunches of rainbow chard
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup roasted or raw sunflower seeds
2 teaspoons olive oil


  1. Wash Chard and cut off stalks. Tear chard into strips
  2. Place oil in pan and turn on medium heat
  3. Place chard in pan and cook until wilted
  4. When chard has wilted add seeds and cranberries and cook for 2-3 more minutes
